Anyone seen these video mockumentaries?

One of the things I like about LoS is the authentic military feel.

These videos do the same thing, as far as I'm concerned for the Imperial Military.

(Though they have their silly parts.  Not unlike the silliness in some of the LoS artwork...)

(Also, it's obviously in a 'parallel universe'  because I still can't picture female stormtroopers.)

The best was "Troops".  It's still available on YouTube but the audio has been diabled due to copyright violations.

I.M.P.S. is the same group that did TROOPS.

I.M.P.S. is like a 'sequel', though gradually shifting focus from policing to military.

Apparently, Lucas gave them his blessing so I guess they ran afoul of the copyright thing with the Bad Boys song, or maybe someone from Cops complained.  In any event, I thought it was a hysterical send up of both properties.

These are entertaining segments and the production values are  passable for everyone but sticklers and haters.

I'd love to do something like that for LOS, but that isn't really in the cards.
