RedBox Games and others are now using this guy's secret sauce. Far less expensive to set-up than polyurethane vacuum casting, takes detail well, very cheap per-piece.

Looks very cool. They seem to be having some success with it, and it looks like they are licensing the process out. I've been offline for a while, but I'll post some comments about getting the miniatures back in production in another thread (the Kickstarter one)...
