The price list has more than the photo catalogue. The missing minis were the Fantasian War Bear and Hex Runner, yes? None of the other "missing" ones were ever made, were they?
Well, the War Bear was never made (there's a thread around about an unrelated, currently available, resin model called a "Tiger APC" that I'm trying to convert). The Hex Runner
was made and released (I have a couple). So, released miniatures missing pictures are:

Dammit Clark should Kickstart the Missing. Sadly for the best coverage you need Kickstarter and for that you need to be in the USA I think.
I'll second what Dave said: don't lose hope just yet. Plus, I don't think a Kickstarter would necessarily be needed for missing miniatures. Producing a master and spincast mould isn't exorbitantly expensive, which is why miniature companies typically start that way.
