Cepheus/OGL Planetstorm

Has anyone done any work using Cepheus/OGL RPG material to create a hybrid with Planetstorm?

I read the old RPG thread last night and starting thinking about it. So far I have only got so far as a basic armour crossover. I think that needs to be modified by the size of the target to give a final General Modifier. Anyway just wanted to see if anyone was already on a similar project.
