Well..if we cant get new minis...update your current ones

I recently found a company that does recessed or what they call  "inverted" miniature bases. Although they are designed for water/swampy basing terrains I have found they are excellent for miniatures that an affixed base like our beloved LOS minis.  Gone is the obvious unsightly lump in the middle of a plastic base. They have square ones as well and various sizes http://www.tabletop-art.de/Inverted-Bases-

LOL...yes...I have most of them, but use the female figures for my Dungeons and Dragons Campaign. I use them for Dark Elf Demons....
